If you decide you would like to cancel your account, you must email our Customer Support team with your account information, including your full name and both the email address and phone number used when you made the purchase.

If you wish to cancel your purchase, the following Cancellation and Refund Policy will apply.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

One-time payment purchases

For one-time payment purchases, you will be covered by a three-day right to cancel effective from the date of purchase (subject to the law applicable to your jurisdiction). During this period, you are entitled to receive a full refund if you send a request to our Customer Support team via email.

Refunds are returned via the original payment method used during the purchase, within 10-15 days from the approval of your refund request. Refunds cannot be executed via a different payment method.

Please note that refund requests submitted outside the three-day cancellation period do not qualify for any type of refund (subject to the law applicable to your jurisdiction). At that point, your purchase is deemed final and ineligible for cancellation. Instead, at that point, we will close your account, and you will not see additional charges.

Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable after the first 30 days from receipt of service. Monthly subscription fees are charged automatically, monthly, until you submit a cancellation request to our Customer Support via email. You may cancel your membership at any time during the month.

Upon receipt of the email notification to cancel your membership, your membership will expire 30 days from the last payment, at which time your account will be closed. When your account is closed, you will be removed from any future billings.

For example, if your last monthly membership charge was Jun 1 and you sent a cancellation email on Jun 15, your membership will expire 30 days from Jun 1 (i.e., Jul 1), and your account will be closed on Jun 30. Until your account is closed, you retain access privileges for the paid monthly period.

For cancellation requests made within the 30-day cancellation period, refunds are returned via the original payment method used during the purchase, within 10-15 days from the approval of your refund request. Refunds cannot be executed via a different payment method.

Please note charges and payments paid before your cancellation request, made after the 30-day cancellation period, are non-refundable (subject to the law applicable to your jurisdiction).

To request cancellation of your purchase or subscription, send an email to our Customer Support team via our Contact Us page stating your name, email address, and contact number. We do our best to respond to email requests as soon as possible. Please also take note of our office hours when factoring a reasonable time to receive a response.

Kindly remember you are responsible for ensuring your cancellation request is successfully received and completed. Refunds are not applicable for continued payments resulting from an incomplete cancellation.
